human stories for a better world.
human stories for a better world.
We specialize in the production of cinematic documentary and narrative films and series. We’re nimble, adaptable, and believe deeply in the projects we undertake.
Disconnection is the greatest threat to our humanity and to our planet.
Connection is therefore our greatest responsibility and delight to inspire.
Stories are a path to connection because humans understand the world based on the stories we’re told, and those we tell ourselves.
And cinema done right has a magical ability to connect us so that no matter what, who, when, or how far away, the story inspires the kind of emotional connection that you feel for what’s right in front of you.
So at redfitz, we are devoted to telling human stories for a better world.
Collectively these types of stories can create the new mythology humanity and the planet so desperately need. We might call new mythology “protopian” in that it will inspire and teach us how to truly connect with and love each other and the planet.

As you know, we never embark upon anything we don’t fully believe in or follow through on. And, as is stated in the redfitz tagline, every film tells human stories for a better world.
We are constantly developing new original films and, when the time comes, reaching out to our investors to help us bring them to life!
There are a few ways in which investors in film can profit from their investment. If you’re unfamiliar with how film investment works, the first revenues received for a given film project go to the investors for that film until 120% of the original capital investment is returned. After the 120% capital return is reached, all remaining net receipts are split 50% between the investors and the production team.
As an additional option, we always attach a fiscal sponsor to our films which allows you to make tax-deductible donations either instead of or in addition to investments (eg. If you wish you can make an investment and a tax-deductible donation).
We hope you’ll consider coming aboard one or more of the films currently underway and/or coming aboard a future film!
But before we share information about any specific films with you, please use the form below to sign up for or update your subscription on the redfitz email list to indicate your interest in film investment / donations along with any other interests. We will only reach out about film investment to those who’ve indicated that interest.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
